Super Duper Studio Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Super Duper Studio offers:

• In-person interactive sessions including role-play, creative expression and imagination activities

• Workshops, themed birthday packages, seasonal events, and pop-ups

• Online services including session booking, newsletters, and communication

• Access to digital resources, community announcements, and exclusive promotions

All Services are operated in accordance with the UAE Federal Laws. Super Duper Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at its discretion.

2. Eligibility and Code of Conduct

a. Eligibility

• Services are designed for children between 2 and 12 years of age.

• Children must be registered and accompanied or supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian ("Guardian") unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Guardians must be over 18 years of age and legally competent under UAE law.

b. Code of Conduct

By using our Services, you and your child agree to:

• Treat all participants, staff, and property with respect and courtesy.

• Abide by posted rules, safety instructions, and staff directions.

• Not engage in behavior that is offensive, disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful.

• Supervise your child appropriately, especially if under 4 years of age.

We reserve the right to deny access or remove any participant who fails to comply with our policies.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Refund Policy

a. Bookings

• Bookings must be made through our third-party platforms and are subject to availability.

• Confirmation of booking is subject to receipt of full payment.

• Super Duper Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions.

b. Payments

• All payments must be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable under UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.

• Payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

c. Refunds and Cancellations

• For walk-in services full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the session.

• Refunds are not provided for cancellations made within 48 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows

• For events, space hire and classes, refund and cancellation policy will be stipulated in individual contracts with clients

• In the event of cancellation by Super Duper Studio, customers will be offered rescheduling or full refunds.

4. Health, Safety, and Supervision

• Super Duper Studio complies with the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) guidelines for children's spaces.

• Emergency protocols, fire safety measures and first aid kits are maintained onsite.

• Guardians must disclose allergies, medical conditions, or developmental concerns at the time of booking.

• Children under 4 must be supervised onsite by their Guardian at all times.

• We reserve the right to deny entry to children who are visibly ill or pose a health risk.

• Clients may be requested to sign an annual waiver form on first time entry to the studio.

5. Use of Facilities and Equipment

• All materials provided remain the property of Super Duper Studio and are for supervised use only.

• Equipment should be used respectfully; any intentional damage or misuse will be subject to compensation as per UAE Civil Code.

• Guardians are liable for any damage caused by their child through willful misconduct or negligence.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with:

• UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection

• Applicable international standards such as GDPR (where relevant)

Information collected includes:

• Guardian's name, contact details and payment history

• Child's name, age and preferences

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or consented by you. You may exercise your right to access, modify, or delete your data by contacting: info@superduperstudio.ae

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All trademarks, logos, artwork, and content created by or for Super Duper Studio are the intellectual property of Super Duper Studio.

• Unauthorized reproduction, sale, distribution, or modification of our materials is prohibited.

• Any contributions, testimonials, or submissions made to our platform or sessions may be used for marketing purposes with your prior written consent.

8. Marketing Communications and Media Consent

• By registering with us or subscribing to communications, you agree to receive emails, newsletters, SMS or WhatsApp messages related to services, promotions, and events.

• You may withdraw consent at any time via email or unsubscribe links.

• With prior written consent, we may photograph or video record sessions for marketing and internal documentation. You have the right to opt out.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• Super Duper Studio disclaims liability for personal injuries unless caused by gross negligence.

• You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or costs arising from misuse of our Services or breach of these Terms.

• We are not liable for loss of personal items, business interruption or indirect or consequential damages.

10. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access to Services in the event of misconduct, unpaid dues, legal breach, or safety concerns.

• We may make changes to or discontinue Services without prior notice where necessary under law or business operations.

11. External Links and Third-Party Services

• Our website or communications may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their practices or content.

• Engagement with third-party booking systems, payment processors or social media platforms is at your own discretion.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Epidemics or government-mandated closures

• Strikes or labor disputes

• System or utility failures

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Disputes shall be subject to amicable resolution in the first instance.

• Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Dubai or the competent authority in the Emirate where services are rendered.
